Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Embody account and all the data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what gets removed.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

  1. Open the Embody app and go to the You / Profile tab.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Delete by request

If you can’t access the app, email admin@myembodyapp.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Delete my Embody account.” We may ask you to verify ownership, and we will complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • your profile (name, email/phone, date of birth, gender, important dates);
  • your selected categories and personalisation settings;
  • your saved items and custom angel-hour messages;
  • your reminders and push-notification tokens;
  • your referral records and any support requests and attachments.

Some data may persist briefly in encrypted backups before being overwritten, and we may retain the minimum records the law requires. We do not sell your data. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

A note on subscriptions

If you have a paid subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel billing. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
